Jimi Collins

Jimi has over 24 years of experience preparing their prized family recipe pizzas, as he has been working in the restaurant since he was 15 years old in 1998. In 2008 he became the co-owner and he is constantly striving to make Frank’s Place one of the best places to eat. Jimi manages the restaurant and employees, and also makes fresh pizza dough every day, along with pitas, flatbreads, pizza sauce, alfredo sauce and more. His favorite pizza is pepperoni, ham and bacon…stop in and give it a try!
