After working 31 years at General Motors Jim retired and found a new passion: pizza! Jim helps to run the day-to-day operations at Frank’s. He also makes pizzas and works the grill. Every Thursday you can find Jim in the kitchen preparing Italian and grinder bread. Jim also makes the pizza dough, and helps his wife, Denise, prepare the authentic Italian meatballs.
Retiring from St. Joseph Hospital after 32 years, Denise now has time to pursue her love of cooking, which she does full time at the restaurant. Homemade meatballs, soups and desserts are her specialty. Her Christmas gift, a new commercial Kitchen Aid Mixer with a pasta attachment, helps her prepare her delicious spinach and meat ravioli at a faster pace…to keep those hungry customers happy!
Jimi has over 18 years of experience preparing their prized family recipe pizzas, as he has been working in the restaurant since he was 15 years old in 1998. In 2008 he became the co-owner and he is constantly striving to make Frank’s Place one of the best places to eat. Jimi manages the restaurant and employees, and also makes fresh pizza dough every day, along with pitas, flatbreads, pizza sauce, alfredo sauce and more. His favorite pizza is pepperoni, ham and bacon…stop in and give it a try!
A wife and mother to two boys, Jessica certainly keeps busy. She is a founding member of the Manchester Ladies Society, a Scout Den Leader, and a volunteer. And, oh yeah, in her free time she makes donuts, scones, bagels and cookies at Frank’s place…which are absolutely delicious!!
